Chest Wall
The chest wall is the structure that covers the vital structures of the thoracic cavity. It is composed of a bony skeletal part called the rib cage that is surrounded by muscle, fasciae and skin.
Some of the diseases of the chest wall that we treat are congenital abnormalities such as pectus excavatum, benign rib fractures, and any malignancy of the components of the chest wall such as sarcoma.
